Matching up known but undisclosed investigations with what we now know about previously unknown and still undisclosed

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's two Co-Directors of its Division of Enforcement sounded tough during the ten-minute news conference on September 27, 2018, when they announced securities fraud charges against Tesla CEO Elon Musk for his “420 funding secured” tweet.
