Coinbase talks to the SEC about a lot of things
Coinbase had a very long punch list from the SEC and it took a while for the regulator to get its arms around forks, airdrops, and staking — rhymes with fractional banking.
The public version of the Coinbase S-1 was posted to the SEC Edgar website on February 25, 2021. I wrote about it here at The Dig on March 10.
