Illumina/Grail update, NYSE ITGC shenanigans, and some summer reads
It's a potpourri of news today, Tuesday, June 4.
It is early June, a breezy and sun-riddled Tuesday
that would quickly be forgotten were it not for my
writing these few things down as I sit here empty-headed

Back from a week in Chicago for family activities and some eventful happenings.
In the meantime, there’s been a lot of news about things I am interested in that I did not get to write about while focused on my family and staying alive. More later this week.
Illumina/Grail
I wrote previously about my efforts at unredactions in the Delaware Chancery Court with regard to the numerous cases filed by plaintiffs with Illumina and its executives as defendants.
I am pleased to say that my unredaction efforts were 100% successful with newsworthy results! I will write more about the cases and the accounting and audit implications of what was revealed by my efforts. Let me summarize some other writing on the subject that my efforts enabled.
