Paper Tigers: If Chinese companies are kicked off U.S. exchanges will anyone notice?

Gary Gensler may finally do what U.S. law has allowed for twenty years - delist Chinese companies that won't cooperate with U.S. regulators.

In appearance it is very powerful but in reality it is nothing to be afraid of; it is a paper tiger. Outwardly a tiger, it is made of paper, unable to withstand the wind and the rain.
