Tesla's FSD Revenue May Get A Reversal
Last weekend I wrote about the first of two Tesla 10-K Topics that piqued my interest, FSD revenue recognition. Breaking news today just put Tesla's decision under the microscope.
Tesla surprised everyone when it announced earnings January 25th by disclosing it had begun recognizing some of the more than $1 billion in deferred revenue it had accumulated since 2016 for charging customers for “Full-Service-Driving” or FSD functionality.
